<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress unnecessary rewriting process of information onto a storage medium, in preview display of a read image by an image reading apparatus.SOLUTION: In preview of the read image by the image reading apparatus, the apparatus acquires the read image generated by optically reading a subject, generates a preview image for confirming a read result, on the basis of the acquired read image, stores the preview image in an SSD 164 capable of rewriting information on page-to-page basis, generates a preview image of a capacity corresponding to a page size at the time, and in response to an operation on a screen with the preview image displayed thereon, outputs the read image being the read result, on the basis of the acquired read image.</p> |
