<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent hairdressing agent composition which spreads satisfactorily at the time of application, is excellent in hairdressing performance, and also enables the hair to have a good feel without friction or stickiness after hairdressing.SOLUTION: An emulsifying agent composition for hairdressing of the present invention comprises component (A): an oil solution which is liquid at 25°C, component (B): polyoxypropylene sorbit with a number average molecular weight of 300 or more to 1000 or less, component (C): a nonionic surfactant, and component (D): water; wherein the content of the component (A) is 3.0 mass% or more to 30.0 mass% or less, and the content of the component (B) is more than 15.0 mass% to 40.0 mass% or less.</p> |
