<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a missile capable of changing the shape of a front end portion without separating a windshield so as to increase termination resistance, and simultaneously performing reduction of descending speed and trajectory correction.SOLUTION: A missile 1 having an axis A extending in a cross direction, includes: a warhead 3 constituting a front end portion of the missile 1; and a shell 4 connected to a rear end portion of the warhead 3 and extending backward, strength thereof being kept against temperature rise due to aerodynamic heating generated in response to flight of the missile 1, the warhead 3 including a windshield 5 serving as a bullet shell of the warhead 3, a strength thereof falling in response to the temperature rise; and a cooling device 7 cooling the windshield 5 heated by the aerodynamic heating, the cooling device 7 stopping cooling before the missile 1 starts decelerating, and the windshield 5 being collapsed by the temperature rise after cooling stop to increase air resistance of the missile 1.</p> |
