A fuel-cell system (61) provided with the following: a fuel cell (1); a pre-condensation humidifier (4) that moves water from exhaust gas in a fuel-cell unit that contains the fuel cell (1) to a gas that the fuel cell (1) uses to generate electricity; a condenser (2) that condenses water in exhaust gas that has passed through the pre-condensation humidifier (4); a post-condensation humidifier (3) that moves water from exhaust gas that has passed through the condenser (2) to a gas that is supplied to the pre-condensation humidifier (4); a heat utilization unit that utilizes heat recovered from the fuel cell (1); and a heat-carrier circulation path through which a heat carrier is circulated via the heat utilization unit. The heat-carrier circulation path is designed so as to cool the exhaust gas supplied to the condenser so as to recover heat therefrom.
