<p>The present invention concerns a kit for preparing a custom-made test strip for detecting at least two analytes, the kit comprising at least one solid support unit (SSU) strip (1) and at least one holder (2), wherein the SSU strip (1) comprises multiple, tandemly arranged solid support units (111), wherein each solid support unit (111) is identical within the SSU strip (1) and each solid support unit (111) is detachable from the SSU strip (1), and wherein the holder (2) comprises a body (250) having a generally longitudinal shape, wherein said body (250) is provided with at least two receiving regions (220, 200'), wherein each receiving region (220, 220') is configured to receive a solid support unit (111).
