<p>A method for determining a location and a base station. The method for determining a location comprises: after a base station is powered, configuring the base station using a configuration file acquired from an OSS; acquiring, by the base station, three MDT measurement reports, wherein the three MDT measurement reports are respectively provided to the base station by three UE, each of the three UE being a UE which has accessed a cell governed by the base station; and determining, by the base station, a location of the base station according to the three MDT measurement reports so that the location of the base station can be determined without using methods of engineering exploration measurement or a GPS receiver, thereby being able to effectively save costs and enhance the flexibility of the system.</p> |
