Provided is a tunable static magnetic field cavity. It includes a housing which has a cavity in a center, a ferromagnetic plates formed at both sides of the housing, magnets which are separated in a vertical direction at both sides to be arranged in parallel, to generate a line of magnetic force in the vertical direction to the ferromagnetic plates, and permalloy plates which are formed in the upper and the lower side of the housing, receives the line of magnetic force from both sides, and generates the vertical line of magnetic force in the cavity.
