The present invention relates to an air spoiler with a doubler for a ship. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the air spoiler with the doubler for the ship comprises: a frame mounted on a stern deck of the ship wherein a number of members are arranged at a distance from one another, or crosswise to form a space between the members such that both width and height increase towards one stern from an opposite stern; and a doubler unit of which edge straddles the outer surface of the members to cover each space of the frame. Also the doubler unit is installed in a boundary between the panels to cover the panels adjacent to each other and the boundary area thereof from the outer surface of the panels.
