Disclosed is a liquid crystal display device. More particularly, the present invention relates to a liquid crystal display device capable of preventing a flicker phenomenon generated in a liquid crystal display which performs low frequency operation using an oxide thin film transistor having superior cut off property, an apparatus and a method for driving the same. According to the embodiment of the present invention, the brightness of a back light according to the shape of an image is controlled by applying a compensation value to a PWM signal applied to a back light part corresponding to a refresh range. Thereby, a flicker error is prevented. A high-quality image can be obtained. |
