The present invention relates to dried red ginseng with green tea leaves used to prevent obesity. The dried red ginseng is prepared through steaming red ginseng or ginseng with the steam formed by boiling water and green tea, drying the steamed ginseng, freezing and drying the red ginseng after the previous drying process, and grinding the frozen and dried red ginseng into powder. Accordingly, the dried red ginseng can be easily prepared and excellently inhibit the obesity. |
