A multifunctional brush holder unit for a fan motor according to the present invention includes a body which is made of non-conductive materials and has a planar shape, a plurality of brush holders which are fixed on the upper side of the body and receive the brushes, and a terminal member which is fixed on the rear side of the body to supply electricity to the brush holder and is made of conductive metal materials. The terminal member includes a first terminal member and a second terminal member. The first terminal member includes three electric contact terminals exposed to the upper side of the body. The electric contact terminal is formed with one member. The second terminal member is separated from the first terminal member to be electrically insulated from the first terminal member and has the same shape as the first terminal member. The body includes two multifunctional combination parts which are arranged between the ends of the first terminal member and the second terminal member.
