The present invention relates to a method for sharing broadcasting channel information of an electronic device, and to the same electronic device. The method includes the steps of: generating a request message, which requests sharing of broadcasting channel information including one or more from user information, location information, and habit information; receiving an answer message corresponding to the request message after transmitting the request message to a cloud-computing-based network server; and extracting and sharing the broadcasting channel information of another electronic device which is included in the answer message. In addition, the present invention includes other embodiments different from one described in detail earlier.
