PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photoelectric conversion device capable of maintaining high photoelectric conversion efficiency by reducing deterioration in the function of a high-resistance layer.SOLUTION: In a photoelectric conversion device 11, a light-absorbing layer 3 having a first conductivity type, a buffer layer 4 containing a metal sulfide, a high-resistance layer 5 containing a first metal oxide, and an upper electrode layer 6 containing a second metal oxide and having a second conductivity type different from the first conductivity type are sequentially laminated on a lower electrode layer 2. The high-resistance layer 5 includes a first portion 5a and a second portion 5b which is more distant from the light-absorbing layer 3 than the first portion 5a and has a smaller average particle diameter than the first portion 5a. |
