<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin molding exhibiting sufficient luster regardless of whether or not a design surface which is visually recognized by a user is a weld part.SOLUTION: There is provided an injection molding device 30, wherein a first heater 44 and a second heater 46 are embedded in a concave mold 32 for forming a design surface 24 of a resin molding 10. A surface part , which is the design surface 24 of molten resins 14 and 16 to which an aluminum flake 12 is added, is heated by the first heater 44 and the second heater 46 to maintain a flowable state. After the molten resins 14 and 16 respectively supplied from a plurality of gates including gates 56a and 56b are associated in a cavity 52, a pressure is applied to the molten resins 14 and 16. Thus, aluminum flakes are reoriented on the uncured design surface 24 and at the inside.</p> |
