PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tablet containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof with improved hardness, disintegration time, and dissolution property of a tablet.SOLUTION: When 1) the weight ratio of carmellose and crospovidone is 20:1 to 5:1, 2) sucralose, aspartame, and/or acesulfame potassium are contained as a sweetening agent, and 3) a granulated material containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof is contained in an amount of 20-80% by weight of the entire formulation, a tablet containing loxoprofen or a salt thereof with improved hardness, disintegration time, and dissolution property of the tablet can be provided.
