This endoscopic treatment device is provided with an insertion unit, a manipulation unit provided at the basal end part of the insertion unit, and a manipulation unit attachment mechanism for attaching the manipulation unit to the insertion port of a channel of an endoscope. The manipulation unit attachment mechanism has: a connecting slider which engages the insertion port by sliding in a first direction that intersects the axial line of the insertion unit, and disengages from the insertion port by sliding in a second direction that intersects the axial line; an insertion-port-abutting part which moves to the basal end side by abutting the insertion port; and a slider-abutting part which, when the insertion-port-abutting part is positioned at the distal end side, restricts sliding of the connecting slider in the first direction, and which, when the insertion-port-abutting part is positioned at the basal end side, permits sliding of the connecting slider in the first direction. |
