A management system of a mining machine equipped with tires and made to travel through a mine by the operation of a driver is provided with: a determination unit for determining whether or not a damage operation that damages the tires has been executed; a data acquisition unit for acquiring damage operation data showing the execution of the damage operation, as well as driver identification data showing the driver who has executed the damage operation and/or position data showing the position of the mining machine on which the damage operation has been performed; and a data output unit for outputting corresponding data including damage operation data that corresponds to the driver identification data and/or the position data.
