The connection device is provided with: a rod-shaped electrode; a plurality of cylindrical electrodes traversed by the rod-shaped electrode and sequentially exposed on the surface from the front end side of the rod-shaped electrode; insulation parts for insulating from one another the rod-shaped electrode and the plurality of cylindrical electrodes; and, near the back end side of the rod-shaped electrode, a plurality of connection terminals respectively establishing an electrical connection with the rod-shaped electrode and the plurality of cylindrical electrodes, and protruding from the back side.
