The guide device is provided with: an operating section (32) having a first surface (46) and a second surface (47) adjacent to the first surface (46) and located on the thumb side of a gripping hand; a bending section (38) capable of bending in a first direction and in a second direction that intersects with the first direction; a first rotator (51), which is capable of rotating centered on a first shaft (61) protruding from the first surface (46) in a direction that intersects with the longitudinal axis (36) of the operating section (32) and which is operated when bending the bending section (38) in the first direction; and a second rotator (52), which is capable of rotating centered on a second shaft (63) that extends in a direction parallel to the first shaft (61) at a position closer to the thumb than the first shaft (61), is provided on the second surface (47) within the operating range (56) of the thumb, and is operated when bending the bending section (38) in the second direction. |
