Embodiments of the present invention relate to the technical field of communications. Disclosed are a processing method and an apparatus for comment information, which can reduce operation complexity of inputting the comment information and increase accuracy of the comment information. The method comprises: a terminal device first receiving an image selection instruction that carries an image for which comment information needs to be output; then obtaining each feature contained in the image and voice comment information or video comment information corresponding to the each feature respectively; and finally identifying and displaying the each feature contained in the image, and outputting the voice comment information or the video comment information corresponding to the each feature respectively. The embodiments of the present invention are applicable to processing of the comment information that is input.
