A nonvolatile memory system according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a nonvolatile memory device; a memory controller receiving data from an external device or the nonvolatile memory device upon a demand received from the external device, treating characteristics of the received data or the received data to judge the characteristics of the generated treated data, and generating a first and second memory selection signal; and a buffer part temporarily storing data according to control of the memory controller, wherein the buffer part includes a first buffer memory which communicates with the memory controller through a buffer channel, and temporarily stores data or the treated data according to control of the memory controller; and a second buffer memory. |
