The present invention relates to a carbon dioxide absorbent for manufacturing a high-efficient carbon dioxide hydrate at atmospheric pressure, and a manufacturing method thereof, and more specifically, to a carbon dioxide absorbent for manufacturing a high-efficient carbon dioxide hydrate at atmospheric pressure, which has effects of reducing greenhouse gas by collecting CO_2 discharged from exhaust gas after combustion as well as of saving energy due to storing and transporting CO_2, and applying a cooling system in a combined heat and power system, and can significantly reduce energy costs since equilibrium pressure of the gas hydrate can be decreased to atmospheric pressure and can reduce the power of a compressor, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The carbon dioxide absorbent for manufacturing a high-efficient carbon dioxide hydrate at atmospheric pressure comprises tetrahydrofuran (THF), nanoparticles, a surfactant, and water. |
