PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, field device, and radio communication system capable of easily coping with a loss of data and a variation of a communication delay without increasing a load.SOLUTION: A gateway 15 as a communication device includes: a storage unit 22 that temporarily stores data which is transmitted from a communication partner (for example, a sensor device that transmits measurement data related to a feedback control of an industrial process at a fixed time interval) via a radio network; and a data arrangement unit 23 that reads the data stored in the storage unit 22 and arranges it on the basis of the time interval at which the communication partner transmits the data. |
