PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication apparatus capable of acquiring measurement information while changing notification frequency according to signals from a terminal unit.SOLUTION: A communication apparatus 2 includes: a communication section 21 that receives a notification relevant to a piece of measurement information from a measurement unit 3 and receives signals from a terminal unit 1; and a notification setting section 22 that sets the notification frequency of the measurement unit 3 depending on the content of the signal received from the terminal unit 1.
