PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method of a phosphor sheet capable of simply evaluating chromaticity of the phosphor sheet, and to provide a manufacturing method of the phosphor sheet.SOLUTION: The evaluation method of a phosphor sheet 6 for evaluating the phosphor sheet 6 formed of a liquid composition 8 containing a fluorescent material and a resin, includes: a dam arrangement process for arranging a dam material 7 on a top surface of a substrate 1; an injection process for injecting the liquid composition 8 inside the dam material 7 up to a predetermined height; and a measurement process for measuring chromaticity of the liquid composition 8 of the predetermined height.
