PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light source module and an illumination apparatus that can efficiently irradiate a desk top at a distance from a light guide body over a wide range.SOLUTION: A light guide rod (20) has at least two light emission surfaces which are a top surface and a light guide rod incident opposite-side end surface (24). A reflection member (30) has a reflection surface which has at least two kinds of inclination to the light guide rod incident opposite-side end surface (24). The reflection surface comprises a first reflection surface (31) which reflects emitted light emitted perpendicularly from the light guide rod incident opposite-side end surface (24) toward an emission-directional far side of the light guide rod incident opposite-side end surface (24), and a second reflection surface (32) which reflects emitted light emitted from the light guide rod incident opposite-side end surface (24) toward the emission-directional far side of the reverse surface side toward the light guide rod incident opposite-side end surface (24). |
