The present invention relates to a method and apparatus for manufacturing high-density thermal diffusion sheet. To be more specific, the present invention relates to the method and apparatus for manufacturing high-density thermal diffusion sheet with high thermal diffusivity in transverse and longitudinal directions. The method for manufacturing high-density thermal diffusion sheet according to the present invention includes: a blending step to mix molten aluminum with graphite; and a rolling step to roll the mixture of aluminum and graphite in the predetermined shape of sheet. An objective of the present invention is to resolve a problem of the conventional heat diffusion sheet, which has good thermal diffusivity in the transverse direction, but poor thermal diffusivity in the longitudinal direction due to thermal resistivity of a binder between fillers because the binder (resin type) instantly glues and fixes fillers to each other. |
