The present invention provides a large combustion instrument for cooking, which improves a heating power and prevents a risk of explosion by overheating, ensures excellent durability and safety, and structurally stabilizes rotation and fixation of a soup cooker. The large combustion instrument for cooking has a space formed by combining an internal cover (731) and an external cover (732) and comprises a soup cooker (73) to contain food with a top opening of the internal cover (731); a body unit (71) to support the soup cooker (73) on the ground; a burner (79) to supply heat source to the inner space of the soup cooker (73); a pipe (76) to supply a mix of combustion gas and air to the burner (79); a blower (75) with an air inlet (756) formed at one end to supply air to the pipe (76); and a gas pipe (758) to supply gas to the pipe (76). The gas pipe (758) is connected to the top part of the blower (75) in the air flow direction to mix and supply gas and air to the blower (75). The large combustion instrument for cooking therefore prevents a decline in the heating power to ensure stable cooking and also avoids expansion when overheated to prevent explosion and improve the durability. Moreover, the large combustion instrument for cooking prevents damage by friction resulted from frequent movement of lighting bar wiring or the source of the heat to keep a neat appearance and ensure safe and hygienic use, and at the same time minimize the loss of heat inside the soup cooker. |
