The present invention relates to a carboxylic acid modified-nitrile based copolymer latex composition which is characterized by containing 0.1-10 parts by weight of a reactive emulsifier with respect to 100 parts by weight of a monomer mixture, wherein the monomer mixture contains 40-88 wt% of conjugated diene-based monomer, 10-50 wt% of ethylene unsaturated nitrile monomer, and 0.1-10 wt% of ethylene unsaturated acid monomer, to a preparation method of the same, and to a latex composition for dip-forming including the same. According to the same, the carboxylic acid-modified nitrile-based copolymer latex composition including a reactive emulsifier includes a reactive emulsifier different from an existing attachable and detachable emulsifier to reduce generation of bubbles, thereby not only preventing degradation of latex quality caused by bubbles, but also removing a defoamer injecting or aging process for removing the bubbles.
