The present invention relates to a hybrid touch sensing electrode and a touch screen panel including the same and, more particularly, to a hybrid touch sensing electrode and a touch screen panel including the same, the hybrid touch sensing electrode comprising: a first sensing pattern attached to a first optical functional layer; and a second sensing pattern attached to a second optical functional layer, wherein the first and second optical functional layers each have a value of dielectric constant divided by thickness of 0.01 to 0.09 [1/[mu]m], and the sum of the dielectric constant of the first and second optical functional layers is 6 to 11. Accordingly, the hybrid touch sensing electrode has improved sensitivity and reduced noise and can implement a thin film structure.
