The present invention provides an optical relay system which includes a donor unit and a plurality of remote units. The donor unit is connected to at least one remote unit among the remote units and two adjacent remote units among the remote units are connected by an optical transmission line according to a previously defined installation layout. Each of the donor unit and the remote units includes an optical transceiver module for transmitting and receiving an optical signal. The donor unit or at least one remote unit controls the optical output power of the optical transceiver module included in the corresponding unit by corresponding to a distance from another unit connected through the optical transmission line. |
