PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closed vessel which enables a packed object stored in a vessel in a clean state to be taken out from the vessel in the clean state, and to provide a closed vessel set which is convenient for taking out the packed object from the vessel in the clean state.SOLUTION: A closed vessel 200 includes: a multi-chamber container 210 having eight vessels 2100 arranged in an X direction; and one film 220 which closes all of opening parts 211 of the eight vessels 2100. Chips 230 are respectively stored in the vessels 2100. The film 220 closes each opening part 211 with a portion including a first folded lid part and a second folded lid part which are pushed from the exterior and thereby are folded to the vessel 2100 side. The closed vessel 200 is locked into a support frame 300 thereby forming a closed vessel set 100. |
