PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a CIGS solar cell excellent in conversion efficiency.SOLUTION: Disclosed is a method of manufacturing a CIGS solar cell having at least a substrate 1, a CIGS film 4, a first buffer layer 5a, and a transparent electrode layer 6 in this order. The CIGS film 4 is formed under a vacuum condition, subsequently a temporary protection layer made of a compound of alkali metal is formed on the CIGS film 4 under the vacuum condition, and thereafter, the first buffer layer 5a is formed by a solution growth method in a state where the temporary protection layer is removed without exposing the CIGS film 4 to the atmosphere. |
