PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nuclear medicine diagnosis device and a source position estimation method which are capable of estimating a source position with a high precision without using external equipment.SOLUTION: A nuclear medicine diagnosis device comprises: a scanner 1 to obtain prompt data regarding a source; a sinogram unit 10 to generate a sinogram from the prompt data; and a center estimation process unit 14 to estimate a center position of the source on the basis of the sinogram.
