PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve efficiency of distributed arrangement processing pertaining to a technology of distributed module arrangement for collecting events.SOLUTION: A server node 110 collects events from a sensor network in which a plurality of nodes including a sensor node that transmits an event corresponding to sensing operations are connected, collects situations of event occurrence in the nodes, determines nodes in arrangement destinations of modules for processing the events in accordance with the event occurrence situations, and arranges the modules in the nodes of the arrangement destinations in a distributed manner. An event reduction effect information receiving part 120 and an event reduction effect information storage part 120A collect event reduction effects in the nodes in the case where the distributed arrangement of the modules is controlled for low-order nodes. An occurrence event information traffic storage part 119 calculates collection cost of events from nodes. In accordance with the event reduction effects and the collection cost of the events, an occurrence event information transmission interval determination part 121 controls a transmission interval of information relating to occurrence events in the nodes. |
