PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bag sealing tape capable of repetitive use without damaging a banded object such as a bag when opening the object, and unnecessary to be separated for disposal, and to provide a binding device and a binding method using the bag sealing tape.SOLUTION: A bag sealing tape comprises adhesion regions and non-adhesion regions. In the bag sealing tape, the adhesion regions are formed on a surface of a base film in a stepping stone manner in a length direction of the base film. A binding device and a binding method use the bag sealing tape. |
