METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING FOAM LAMINATE, AND FOAM LAMINATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a foam laminate capable of exhibiting excellent heat insulation properties from an initial stage of heating.SOLUTION: A laminate at least includes a layer (A)/a paper substrate/a layer (B), laminated in this order. The layer (A) includes a high-pressure-processed low density polyethylene (a) whose density is 910-930 kg/m, and the layer (B) includes a polyethylene-based resin (b) whose density is 935-970 kg/m. After laminating the high-pressure-processed low density polyethylene (a) and the polyethylene-based resin (b), the moisture content of the paper substrate is 20-40 g/m. A method for manufacturing a foam laminate includes: preparing the laminate through laminating the high-pressure-processed low density polyethylene (a) and the polyethylene-based resin (b) onto the paper substrate; applying heat treatment under a heating condition satisfying water reduction rate constant k (minutes) of 0.60-1.30; and foaming the high-pressure-processed low density polyethylene (a).
