<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide: the structure of an anode electrode for an organic EL devices which makes possible to ensure that the flatness is imparted, to prevent the deterioration caused by water, and to prevent the disconnection; and a method for manufacturing such an anode electrode.SOLUTION: An anode electrode 10 for organic EL devices comprises a scattering-film layer 2, an organic film layer A3, an inorganic film layer 4 and a conductive film layer 5 which are stacked on a base 1 in turn. The organic film layer 3A has a refraction index of 1.75 or more, a water content of 30 ppm or less, and a surface roughness of 0.05μm or less. The anode electrode 10 further comprises an organic film layer B6 provided between the inorganic film layer 4 and the conductive film layer 5 and having a refraction index of 1.75 or more, a water content of 30 ppm or less, and a surface roughness of 0.05μm or less.</p> |
