The present invention relates to a cosmetic container having an operation lever, wherein a cosmetic substance, with which a cosmetic impregnation material is impregnated, is discharged by the operation lever, which comprises a push button, thereby improving convenience of use. The present invention provides a cosmetic container comprising: a cylinder portion containing a cosmetic substance impregnation material, which is impregnated with a cosmetic substance; a cosmetic substance discharge plate which is provided to block an upper open surface of the cylinder portion, and which has a cosmetic substance discharge hole for discharging the cosmetic substance; a piston portion which is provided on the lower portion of the cosmetic substance impregnation material, and which has a periphery abutting an inner wall surface of the cylinder portion; and an operation lever comprising a push button and an operation bar connected to the push button such that, when the push button is pressed, the operation bar ascends and lifts the piston portion.
