The present invention relates to a microRNA (miRNA) sponge capable of simultaneously and selectively inhibiting miRNA-155, miRNA-21, miRNA-221 and miRNA-222, and use thereof. The miRNA sponge of the present invention is identified that has an anticancer effect by simultaneously and selectively absorbing miRNA-155, miRNA-21, miRNA-221 and miRNA-222 which are microRNAs relating to a cancer occurrence, specially a breast cancer and a pancreatic cancer, and by increasing target proteins thereof. Thus, the miRNA sponge of the present invention can be used for treating diseases related to the microRNAs occurrence. |
