The present invention relates to a cooling-and-heating device using air heat continuously operated in a defrost mode and, more specifically, to a cooling-and-heating device using air heat continuously operated in a defrost mode capable of improving heating efficiency by being operated to remove frost generated in a second heat exchanger by using a defrosting compressor, a defrosting four-way valve, a defrosting heat exchanger, a brine heat exchanger, and a defrosting expansion valve while supplying hot water for heating. In addition, the present invention is characterized by being easily connected to a heat pump device and reducing time and expenses for installation as the cooling-and-heating device is packaged by installing the second heat exchanger, defrosting compressor, defrosting four-way valve, defrosting heat exchanger, brine heat exchanger, and the defrosting expansion valve inside one unit device. |
