<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solder flux rosin that can suppress solder scattering, hardly causes void and can give flux excellent cleanabilty.SOLUTION: The solder flux rosin of the present invention contains methyl dehydroabietic acid and a resin acid other than the methyl dehydroabietic acid, the methyl dehydroabietic acid being contained in a proportion of 20-70 mass % with respect to the whole rosin. Preferably, methyl dehydroabietic acid and another resin acid are contained in a proportion of 99 mass % or more with respect to the whole rosin. The solder flux of the present invention contains the solder flux rosin.</p> |
