<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding method and a welding device capable of ensuring forming an Uranami bead.SOLUTION: A welding method based on Uranami welding control includes: a step of arranging a plurality of welding target members each including a groove formed in a welded portion, so that the welding target members contact each other; a step of making an electrode and filler closer to the welded portions of the welding target members, and melting the filler near the welded portions; a step of picking up an image of a molten pool, the electrode, and the filler, as a subject, on surfaces of the welding target materials in which the grooves are formed by using first image pickup means, image-processing the obtained image, and extracting first information; a step of picking up an image of an Uranami portion and a red heat portion, as a subject, on surfaces of the welding target materials opposite to the surfaces in which the grooves are formed, by using second imaging means, image-processing the obtained image, and extracting second information; and controlling welding conditions on the basis of the first information and the second information.</p> |
