PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suitably remove moisture on a flat plate-shaped cold storage agent and properly discharge the moisture, in a heat insulation storage house performing cold insulation with the cold storage agent.SOLUTION: A heat insulation storage house 10 includes a storage chamber 17 storing a storage object, and a cold storage agent chamber 40 provided above the storage chamber 17 and storing a flat plate-shaped cold storage agent 90 for performing cold insulation of the storage chamber 17. In the cold storage agent chamber 40, a mounting shelf 60 capable of mounting the cold storage agent 90 in a flat-placed state is provided, and the mounting shelf 60 is arranged obliquely with respect to a horizontal direction.
