1. A positive photosensitive resin composition, comprising:
(A) an alkali soluble resin; (B) a photosensitive diazoquinone compound; (C) a thermosetting cross-linking agent represented by the following Chemical Formula 1; and (D) a solvent: wherein, in the above Chemical Formula 1, R1 to R4 are the same or different and are each independently hydrogen, substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C20 alkyl, substituted or unsubstituted C3 to C20 cycloalkyl, or substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 aryl, wherein at least one of R2 and R3 is hydrogen.
