Embodiments of the present application provide a service quality control method, apparatus and system. The method comprises: a controller obtaining a service identification and a service quality requirement of a service transmitted in a wireless network; establishing a correspondence between the service identification and the service quality requirement, and generating a flow rule; and delivering the flow rule to a switch, so that when the switch receives a service transmitted currently by a wireless network device, the switch performs flow rule matching according to the service identification of the currently transmitted service, and schedules the currently transmitted service according to the service quality requirement in the matched flow rule. By means of the embodiments of the present application, service quality control of a service is effectively and accurately implemented.
