<p>A four-drum shearer using dual-drum cutting parts, comprising a right cutting part (1) and a left cutting part (2), which are structurally identical, a right traction part (6) and a left traction part (9), which are structurally identical, a right walking part (5) and a left walking part (11), which are structurally identical, as well as a central control box (8); each cutting part comprising two cutting drums, the two cutting drums being denoted as a rightward-rotating cutting drum (b12) and a leftward-rotating cutting drum (b13), and the rightward-rotating cutting drum (b12) and the leftward-rotating cutting drum (b13) rotating in opposite directions. In the shearer using dual-drum cutting parts, two drums are arranged on each cutting part, increasing the total coal capacity; the two cutting drums turn in opposite directions, effectively preventing chunks of coal from being ejected radially, greatly increasing efficiency in coal cutting and coal loading, improving cutter bit utilization, and increasing the lifespan of the entire machine.</p> |
