A lighting device controller according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a communications device which collects channel values fed back from multiple lighting devices; and a control unit which detects a date transmission rate between the lighting devices and the communications device and determines the frequency of the multiple lighting devices and channel feedback based on the data transmission rate.
