The present invention relates to functional insole containing an unpowered magnetic vibrator and a method for manufacturing the same. The functional insole includes: a foot arch support part formed to support an arch of a foot of a user when the user wearing shoes walks; and the unpowered magnetic vibrator contained in the foot arch support part. The functional insole massages the arch, which acts as a cushion when the user walks, with vibration and can relieve fatigue of the foot even when the user walks for a long time by facilitating blood circulation with a magnet in the vibrator. The functional insole comprises: a dome arch in the oval shape, formed around the arch, and an arch support for supporting the dome arch which is formed under an insole; a groove in which the unpowered magnetic vibrator is inserted and embedded is formed on a lower side of the arch support. An undercut shape is formed on a groove entrance for preventing the unpowered magnetic vibrator from escaping after the unpowered magnetic vibrator is inserted. An arch support of the prior insole material and the prior method is applied to the insole. The unpowered magnetic vibrator is inserted and embedded in a lower side of the arch support. A plurality of small protrusions are formed on the dome arch and on an upper side of the embedded groove in order to maximize effects of acupressure and massage. The undercut for escape prevention, formed on the entrance of the groove in which the unpowered magnetic vibrator is inserted and embedded, is molded by a forcible extraction method. |
