The present invention relates to an apparatus for receiving multi-wavelength light which receives a signal of multi-wavelength light and converts the signal into an electric signal by demultiplexing the signal. The apparatus includes: a demultiplexing module including a light distribution unit, which divides light by wavelength; a photoelectric conversion module which amplifies an optical signal by converting the optical signal into an electrical signal; and at least one lower fixation plate which actively aligns and combining the modules. The apparatus can be manufactured without an additional abrasion or coating process and thus can be manufactured in an easy manner. Moreover, the apparatus can be manufactured by a block unit. Consequently, productivity of the apparatus can be increased.
